Notes: This is my personal blogging site, what I am really worried about is actually posting too much. I have been posting just about everyday for a month or so, and it has been relatively all right, but could that harm it in the future? Other than that, are my pictures, titles, and general structure of it good, bad or ugly? Thanks

Things I like

• Lots of content
• Regular posts
• Clean WordPress design
• Good use of fonts and colours

Things I think can be improved

• Different hosting, yours seems to be slow - I don't think it's the content but could be the scripts you are using. I would be more than happy to help you with hosting, just PM me.
• The banner is low resolution image and I don't get the logo/symbol thing?
• I don't like the unlimited loading thing, just a personal opinion but I think its more annoying than anything else, if I am interested in the content I dont mind (or would rather) click a link to another page, especially if I want to find a certain article again later on...
• Advert positions - Get rid of the advert at the very top!

Regular posting is good, daily is excellent as it will give readers a reason to return on a regular, daily basis. The only way it can damage your blog is if the content becomes boring or irreverent just so you can post every day or if your time schedule changes and suddenly your posting once a month or worse.

I like the design Alex and WordPress is such a great platform, I wish you all the best mate!

I see an big white heading used as an add spot, Why not remove that and have the ad elsewhere

What may be slowing down the site is that background image. Maybe swap it out for a header banner. The "About Me" sidebar widget is good, but I would also add an about me page. I'm not a big fan of the WordPress theme, but a lot of people do. So, chalk that up to personal preference.

On your concern about posting... that will demand on your audience. Posting regularly, once a week, is good. Some blogs can get away with 2 or 3 times a week. When you start posting daily, it can drive subscribers away.
