71 Members is a nice amount of members, It shows that people are interested in your forum, so keep up the good work and advertising and im sure more members will join. Although its not a massive amount of members, its still a good number, so 7/10.

A lot of your members dont have any posts, It might be worth sending out a mass email or PM to try and get them back, maybe advertising a competition or something similar. Ill give you 6/10 for this as i feel theres a lot of room to improve here.

2633 posts is good for the amount of members you have. around 20% of your posts are in the games forum which means they are short and of a low quality, this is something that should be improved. Maybe Adding more interesting threads into the General chat section might solve this. Im giving you 6/10 for this as i think you should try and improve the quality of a lot of the posts on the board.
Appearance (First Impressions):(16/20)
I really like the banner, and the skin isnt too bad either. I like the way the forum looks. I also like the customised "New posts" and "No new Posts" Images, They make the skin look a lot better. Im giving you 16/20 for this as nothing makes me think "wow" but everything still looks nice and neat.
Layout: (15/20)
Theres 1 or 2 forums on the board which should be made sub-forums as they arent used as much. I think Putting the "Watch Anime" forum as a sub-forum in "General Anime discussion" might be a good idea, and rename the forum to "Anime". Then do something similar for the manga forum and you will soon see the forum look more condense as i think at the moment its quite large, too large in my opinion. So im giving you 15/10 for this.
Moderation: (6/10)
I think you need 1 or 2 moderators on the forum, This will make the members more active which means more posts, but most of all you dont have any moderators at the moment which means more work for you. Ill give you 6/10 for this as i think as the forum grows you will need more staff.
Activity:(6/10)
Your forum isnt very active, I think its worth bumping a lot of your forums, and maybe asking a friend to help you bump them so it looks like your forum is more active. This should make guests think the board is more active than it is and make them register. Im giving you 6/10 for this as i think its just average at the moment.
Spelling and Grammar(7/10)
I haven't noticed any spelling or grammar mistakes on the index page, Good work, But in a lot of yours and other members posts theres a lot of grammar mistakes, so im giving you 7/10 as theres still room for improvement.
