Uh..just so you know,I like black themes a lot.But it is better to, not to use "black theme".
Most of the professional sites have light themes with pleasant colours. It is to give off "pleasant aura".
So I have changed my site color too.

The logo seems a bit weird to be the only thing sitting up at the top. I have a relatively large monitor so the space between the logo and buttons is abnormal but is slowly becoming the new normal, fyi.
I like how you have it set up like HackForums but you need to make the content area either smaller or a percentage width because when I put my tabs Side By Side on my monitor not only does the sidebar protrude out of the container but the content overlaps the sidebar.
The overly huge logo at the bottom needs to be the same size (or smaller) than the logo at the top otherwise you get what I am looking at which is the links underneath the logo and the "about monetizeking" next to it (on the left.
Your copyright in the footer needs to be updated to 2014.
The world spinning in who's online...is not that noticable but pretty cool.
Lessen the padding between the "Monetizing Techniques and the buttons above it. That way they look like actual tabs instead of breadcrumbs.
Overall, I think it looks nice but you should have all of your pictures the same style for the categories. For example, YouTube and eBay are different. (fix eBay...I am typing it correctly, you don't have it correct using "Ebay"... sorry but that bothers me) Same with Surveys & Social Media and eBooks (again lowercase that e). It doesn't look uniform it looks like you just took 2 seconds to add pictures and didn't care.
The shadow behind this "sharma" person's username is making it hard (for me at least with my bad eyes) to read the username. I feel like it looks blurry.
your tabs should automatically start off at home instead of "Monetizing". Also, make it more pronounced that you are on the other tabs by changing the background color of the tab or the text (from white to black or something like that).
The breadcrumbs you have underneath your logo are not needed. They are useless there.
Having that microphone next to your rotation of words (which goes too fast by the way) is useless. Use another picture because that makes me think that I can talk into your website like Google Now.... I tried to click on it to before realizing... oh wait... duh.
Remove the drop down under "Forums". Just put them as separate links only visible on the "Forum" page... Either on your sidebar or somewhere else.
Overall, I give you a 6/10.
