First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum from a first impression point of view looks average at best, the theme could use a work over, as it looks way to similar to loads of other themes out there. While it seems the activity on your site has seen better days, as it looks like you’re the only active person on your site.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As I said before your theme could use a make over, it looks like every other common blue white and black theme out there, and trust me I have seen heaps of blue, black and white themes out there. I personally recommend you get a whole new theme, if you wish to stand out at all. While you’re at it I also recon you should update all your buttons and icons to suite the new theme, as once again seen it all before, those exact buttons.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
As I stated above you seem to be the only active person on your site, you have been open since August 2009, and you got just shy of 300 posts and about 70 members. Each of which has only made about 1 or 2 posts each, as you yourself have more then half of the board total posts. Even your other staff members have only made about 10 posts each. I recommend you start doing some posts exchanges to really get some activity happening on your board.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Seems like you and your staff know how to act professionally, and you are all nice towards your members. You got a decent amount of staff for your forum. I would normally say you got to many staff with 3 admin for 70 members, but with all the work you got ahead of you, it’s just about a good number for the job.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
A good look round your site has revealed several spelling mistakes and plenty of grammar mistakes as well. In some of your posts and on the topic descriptions, I would go and proof read your whole forum, and double check for any mistakes that you could fix up. Also most of your guides and topic descriptions are very lacking in style and are well to be honest bland and boring. Spice them up a bit with some interesting slogans, or add some flare to them, and make them say more then just here is this section and this is what it does.

Your site is average at best, if you really want an active and lively forum you have to put much more effort into it then you already have. But don’t fear its not all bad news, most of the things you have to fix up are rather easy and only require some good hard work. If you can put in the hard yards, and stick to keeping your forum active, you will be well on your way to a great forum.
