I am not being rude here. But you have to remove that ad from the header. It look completely odd and kills the whole look of the forum. Also that skill guides, money making etc should be placed in one line. Now it stands out, not in a good way.

The theme look nice! 🙂

Not bad, Agreed header ad should be gone. Put it in the footer or on the side. Also fit your tabs to fit across. Staking light that shows you know only little about web. Once you do that, it will look clean, neat, and professional. Good luck!

Design and content looks ok, for a beginning. Now, advertise your forum to get more users 🙂
I agree for that head ad, remove it and put ads in sidebar (right) for example or in the footer.
