First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
As I first click onto your site, I get an annoying popup with horrible grammar and spelling. You need to get rid of this popup. It's not the spelling and grammar that gives me issues, it's the fact that it's a popup. Popups is the most deterring thing a guest can see.
Your banner is cute and funny, and I like that.
Then I see " Da Original " in black font, which is quite deterring once again. It's really just the fact that you're on a free forum with free hosting. The navigation buttons are also very small. As I guest I'd be extremely unwelcomed by the popup and the boring black bold font.
The only good thing about the appearance is the banner. The rest is pretty much dismal.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout isn't bad. But your board layout is seriously troubeling.
You have too many boards. WAY TOO MANY!! Cut them down. You only need about 5 boards for such a small forum. For example, your Da Original Category area can have 3 boards, your top category have 3, and that's it.
Do something like this:
Category- Forum Rules &Announcements
--Board- Announcements ( include your rules here, you don't need an entire board for rules )
--Board- Suggestions and Feedback
--Board- Introductions
Category- Da Original Chatter
--Board- Television
--Board- Movies
--Board- Gaming
--Board- Off Topic
The rest of your boards and categories, are, well useless. The majority have little or no posts. You need to revamp your site or you're not going to suceed. Guests are deterred by having tons of boards thrown in their face, especially with a tiny, brand new forum.

Your board was founded on May 18th, you've got about 350 posts and about 25 members. This is so-so. Do more post exchanges.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You've got one administrator, which is perfect.
You've got one other moderator, who is active, and 2 staff members is fine for a new board.
You don't need a temp mod group. That's ridiculous, a group for someone to be a staff member for a bit then become a regular member is totally out of the question.
Other than that, you've got active staff and a good amount too. Good score here.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Big problems here. Your board is called " Da Original " and you boast being " totally coooooooool and original ". That's unprofessional and will deter most guests. Get rid of that " totalllyy cooooool and original " thing.
Your board descriptions are also poor, look at some other general topic forums and model off of them. They are unprofessional and not large enough in terms of words.

Final Remarks:
Your board has some potential, but the fact that you've got it hosted on a free forum isn't good. Since your board is new, I would recommend changing your software and getting your own domain name. Forums that are hosted on a free forum site are never successful.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
1) Fix the amount of forums, you've got too many- try my suggested setup
2) Get rid of that popup, it's annoying for guests.
3) Get a domain name through godaddy and get SMF or PHPbb, those are free forums software- you can get a domain and a host for less than 20 dollars.
