Forum Pros: The colors really grab you in. They are so nice together and are very inviting. Your portal is also very neat and organized. Its hard to get a portal the way you have. I see you have an okay amount of members with a decent amount of posts. Your doing great on that point. Lastly, you have a good size forum for all of your members to post in.
Forum Cons: About the only thing I see wrong is that you have forums that only have 1-3 posts in them. Try to get activity going into those forums. I also see that you might want to add in a "Team" button so the members can see the staff.
Final/General Thoughts: The forum is great. I registered since ive been managing my computer lately.
