First Impressions - (Out of 20)

The forum looks very professionally designed. I'm just guessing it's a premade skin, but it's very well done, and a great theme for a gaming forum. From the orange text over black, the matching category titled bars, and even the grey layered bars in the forum's background, all sync up well, and is an eye pleaser.

The Banner is awesome, Well designed to match the forum;s entirety. Though, I'm not too fond Master Chief in the banner; find something more gamer general, cause it may play off as the forum is bias towards one system/game.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

Skimming through, everything seems to be well organized. Some things, like your top category, PGF; doesn't stand out, and just doesn't show the importance of the category. Maybe the Phantom Zone, or something sounds more suitable.

The body of the forum is well balance; but, as a gaming forum, you want to thave the diversity of console discussions. Jamming all 3 major consoles in one board, can get messy , and very unorganized for members to find their particular interests.

And, i would consider "merging the "shadows of creativity" , and make a board in general shadows for this. But, if you plan to leave it as is, would work, but i would at least merge the graphics/graphics request boards. Alot of people don't join gaming forums for graphics to be made... it's a nice touch, but try making a graphics requests sub-board under graphics, and be sure to add in the main graphics board description, there is a requests board ... and wait to see how well it picks up.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)

Whoa! 666 posts, that's pretty creepy. J/K The forum's short lifespan is doing considerably well, though, i would expect numbers in members/posts to be a little more eye opening. Gaming forms are more popular than ever, especially with all the great games coming out latley. There's plenty of opportunity out there ... be sure to get the word out and gbet as many of those gamers as possible.

I can't stree enough how well advertising day in, and day out helps your forum. There's no reason to be on your forum, waiting ... take a couple days for some hardcore adveetising, join other gaming forums, get involved in the community, keep your banner/link in your sigs. When other members take notice in you, they'll take notice in what you have to offer.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

With the current, low activity, 2 staff members seems adequate ... but if you plan to upsized, and get the forum off tjhe ground, might be a good time to be "considering" maybe 1-2 extra staff members. Don't woory about them at the moment, but just keep an eye on your current member base; usually your best staff, comes from being a good, active member at first.

Gaming forums are getting more and more popular; and thwere can be some seriously heated debates, you just wanna be catious, and anticipate when one of these may breakout, and the extra staff would insure your chances someone will be around when a problem may persists.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)

randomlny checking through posts, not much is an eyesore, a few grammar, and punctual errors, but is expected. What is concerning, is some improper grammar errors on the main page. It might just me, but your PGF is an unrecognizable acronym for your forum title, so many may not recognize it in your category/board titles. Plus, it makes the forum seem lazy, not spelling out the entire forum name. I'd at leats go with PG Forum.

And, the board desciption for gaming chat, "in this forum, all the people talk about games..." It just doesn't send a good message on how you feel about your members. Make is sound less robotic, like "All current gaming chat takes place across this forum." I used current, cause you have boards for retro, and upcoming games, etc.

Final Remarks:

As i always suggest when reviewing a gaming forum; there's 1000's of them on the market ... and getting yours noticed, and warranting new members to join is tough, and alot of work. You've got to consider what you're looking for when you find a gaming forum, what draws you, and what could draw someone else. It's yhour forum, you created it, of course you love it ... but for guests; it's just another gaming forum among the many. Find something to change their outlook on that interpretation.

What was most liked about the website/forums:

The overal look and design. The creativley use of the forum's title theme used throughout the forum.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

The low activity, even for a new forum, just seemed the word hasn't been spread well, and worried not alot fo potential members will ever find, or notice the site.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?

I said i'd already join, Just, i'm on a public computer, at the moment doing this review. I'll defenitely join myslef, and even try and help get more broader gaming discussions on the forum in the coming days/weeks.

As for others, like i said, there's got to be something unique, that gets new members in, and want to stay active in the community every single day
