You have have 139 registered members, i would comment more on this if i know how long you have been open. To attract more members try to advertise more. Maybe add some extra bits to your forum to make it that much better and more attractive.
Number Of Active Members:(8/10)
I would say about 30 to 40% of your members are active and posting, you need to give them reason to post. If you get you and your staff to post then it will incur age members to post, this boost your forum stats as well. Members only join and post on a forum if theres something of interest to post about other wise theres no point. Maybe have a contest on your forum to get members to join and post. You should aim to have at least half your members active with in 3 months.

You have 1756 articles within 366 topics, witch is impressive considering the amount of active members you have. But how many post would you have if all your members where active? well, thats just it again. You need to come up with some stuff no other forum has, something thats your own, maybe have a meeting with your staff and get ideas off them, this way your staff also feel more involved in your forums development as well as moderation.
Appearance (First Impressions): (10/10)
Nice, i think the skin you have is quite good a suets the topic your forum is based on. The logo blends quite nice, i would make it a bit bigger, so that it goes across the header, for a graphics request go to the graphics section on forum promotion.

Your layout is quite good, but i would make bother threads in the ''
Give us a helping hand'' in to one thread like most forum do, this saves space. Also you may want to add forum description to places n the forum where you have not done so already. But done write things in full caps lock to is quite messy and annoying if you want to grab attention just make the text color different. like this...

Your forum seems well moderated, and all topics seem to be under control, witch is always good. As your forum expands you will need more moderators to keep your forum in shape. You could if you have not already add a forum that only your staff can see, this would maximize your staff communication making your staff feel more involved.
