47 members isnt bad, Keep up the Advertising and im sure the number will increase a lot as your forum looks great. I think for the amount of time your forum has been open your member count is quite low, but as with a lot of fan forums members are quite rare, So im giving you 7/10.

Not a lot of your members are active, It might be worth Sending out a Mass PM/Email Advertising a competition or new Features, as this will most likely bring them back to have a look, and if lucky, Stay.
Im going to give you a 5/10 as i think this is a big problem that needs sorting if possible.

1040 posts is quite poor for 2-3 months, Nearly half of them have been done by yourself, which is a problem, as if that continues then members will start to be put off. Its good to see most of your posts are on topic, and for that reason im giving you 7/10.
Appearance (First Impressions):(15/20)
The banner is great, It really caught my attention and made me think that the forum is quite professional, But the Skin is very boring and plain. If you put a skin that made me say "wow" on to suit the banner id of given your forum top marks for appearance, but im giving you 15/20 as i dont like the skin.

Your layout is perfect, I wouldnt change a thing myself, All the forums are used equally so im giving you top marks for this.
Moderation: (10/10)
I think you can handle all the posts at the moment, I dont think any Moderators are needed, but as your forum grows its worth hiring one or two, this also means one or two active members which will help the forum greatly. Im giving you 10/10 for this as nothing needs to be changed.

I dont think your forum is active at all, but as you mentioned its just opened again, Maybe its worth Getting a friend or two to help you make a lot of new posts/threads and then go on an advertising spree as your forum desperately needs some Active members. Im giving you 4/10 for this.
