First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Honestly, I really don't like the way your forum looks.
When I first visited your forum, everything is a mess. The colors don't match eachother and look horrible together, the banner's background doesn't match with the skin, and having the board be highlighted when I hover over it is just irritating.
I'm sure there's loads of other skins you can use that are much better than the current one. www.hitskin.com is where you want to go. 🙂

Layout is fine in my opinion. Everything seems neatly organized. I would just remove the "Guest Area" though, as I'll guarantee you nobody will post in it.

I see that your forum started on June 08. For a forum your age, only 39 members and about 600 posts is very bad. Consider doing more post exchanges and advertising more. Invite some of your friends to join.

There is a lot of improvement that can be made on your forum, and the first step I would suggest is changing the skin. Change around the look. Perhaps a lighter skin?

Sorry, my co-admin messed the theme up. Check it now, better. My co-admin made a mistake and had to wait till I got on to change it. Sorry -roll-
