First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Very nice layout and skin. Very attractive skin that writers should feel inspired while on your forum. I just don't underdstand your forum's name, and what it has to ddo with writing? Maybe change it to something more recognizable to a more general audience.
Th icons are a nice, i like the pencil & notepads for new/old forum posts.
But, the thing that bothers me, is the welcome box. It's got so much room for you to tell guests and members about what all the forum offers, but you just used 2 brief sentences. Maximize your space you have, and make sure everyone know what exactly what the forum is about, upon their arrival.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Top category looks great. Got your news, suggestions, and new members boards exactly where they belong. Going down further, i'm noticing alot of extra categories, and boards ... which i know you want to get plenty for mmbers to chose from, but alot of these can be merged.
I honestly think fiction, fanffiction, potry belong in the same category, and only need one board for each. and just make sub-boards, if you wish, for the different genres you have listed, and, let members request a new specific genre to be addd if it's not available, already.
I'd do away with diffrent regions of potry, and concentrate on just all poetry. doesn't seem like chinese poetry is popular, yet, and it questions why you don't use other regions of poetry (italian, german, african, etc ...)
I like the other sections you have, like wirter's block, and real life ... but, the published books and authors, might just fit well in the last category, right above the medai board.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Your forum hasn't had a single post in 2 WEEKS. Even by you, the admin. Have you given up, already?
only 600 posts in 6 months is very inexcusible. Have you tried post exchanges, here at FP? Even offer an exchange, where if someone copy/paste's a story they've written on your forum, you'll post 5 posts on theirs or something.
50 members isn't bad, but the 600 total posts show only 12 posts per member ratio, which doesn't sound to good. Writing sites are one of the hardest to get going, cause alot of peopl searching for a place to post their story, usually end up on fanfiction . com.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well, you're the only staff ... and not even active staff/admin at that. Have you checked out other writing forums? see how they operate. Don't go steal ideas, but just join one, and get involved, and see what it is they have, that attracts you, and find ways to incorporate that into your forum.
As a writer, and admin, you should know what you're looking for, now, think outside the box, and figure out how to get other intersted. As i said, as admin, you should be doing post exchanges, or anything to increase activity if you want this forum to succeed.
Plus, i see noted in a Board, that 30 day old news topic will be removed, it's feb, and the topics are still there. Showing no active moderation.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
Asa writer, yourself, i would hope not to find any spelling or grammar mistakes. But, there are a few, and just on the home page.

Final Remarks:
The forum is almost labeled dead. No posts for 2 weeks, at all, you need to mount up, and get things moving. Adminship takes hard work, and serious dedication. If you can't turn things around, maybe it's time to join a writing forum, and leave the admin to someone else. Sorry, but it's not for everyone.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
Th skin template. Well designed, and attractive for writers.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The unorganized , excessively uneeded boards. The inactivity of the entire forum, and absense of an active admin.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I write, on rare occassions, but have seen more activity in the writing sectiions of a chat forum. You gotta decide if this is for you or not. For now, it's not the place for me. I like to post my work, and hope for someone to read and give feedback ... and with no activity, there's a slim to no chance of rceiving feedback on my work.
Sorry for the late review, this will be no charge, bud. Sorry if the review was harsh, but, i'm honest, and warned you this would happen. I would still appreciate if you took th time to rate this review in the link below.
All the best
