First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I see upon visiting your website is the banner at the top. The banner looks great and I must say I really like the retro font, and the sparkles on the letters.

The advertisement seems to be nicely placed and produces relative content, but I would suggest you move it down to the bottom.. advertisements at the top are very obstructive.

The theme also seems to be pretty good to me.. It seems to fit well and it is quite sleek, but I suggest a darker version. Dark themes fit well with gaming sites rather than white themes.

Overall, first impressions are great and the appearance isn't too shabby at all. I would register to your site if I were a guest... the banner placement is just obstructive.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You did pretty good with the layout.. a few things I will suggest, is first of all, never have a board for staff applications. When, and only when, your board is taking apps, you should make a post in the announcements area asking them to apply to you via PM.. a board for applications just isn't needed and looks bad.

Announcements is good where it is, but I suggest you delete that entire support category. You can delete the " Report " board, because a member reporting something should be done via PM to an admin, not in the public forums.. I also suggest you combine " Forum Help " and" Forum Suggestions " into one board, or even two boards but one a subforum of the other..
If you choose to take my suggestion, the top category would appear like so:
Category ( your first category )
--Board: Announcements
--Board: Forum Suggestions
---Subforum: Forum Help
--Board: Introductions

I also suggest you rename the category " Forum HQ " or " The Games Place Front Desk " or something along those lines.. the entire category is not just for Introductions.

General Console banter looks good, as does the PC area.

The general area needs some fine tuning.. Make forum games and points zone subforums of the " Chat " board.. these two boards really don't warrant their own board.

Also, make Graphics a subforum of Computing, and then you'll be in business.
This drastically cuts down on the amount of boards.. which is what you want.

Only those few layout problems.. other than the advertisement placement, there's not a lot of issues to be dealt with here and your mark is high in this category.

Your board was founded roughly 2~ months ago, and it has 2,000~ posts and 50~ members.. this is exceptional. You've done great work getting members and great work promoting. Continue with posting exchanges and continue promotion!

It seems to me like you're the only staff member.. you did not provide an account so I can't view your staff list as a guest. I think you are good for now, and I notice you are very polite and welcome new members in a great manner.
Make sure to only hire active staff, and don't overstaff.

Final Remarks:
Your board is in great shape if you ask me. No staff problems at all, professional administrator/board owner, only a few minor issues with the layout.. If I were you I'd give myself a pat on the back, you really did an excellent job with the site.. the key problem I have is the placement of the advertisement and the white skin.. I highly recommend moving the advertisement down to the bottom and getting a darker, glossier skin.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
Without a doubt, the administrators professionalism, and the banner.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The advertisements placement.
