There's a healthy number of members for the age of the forum.
Number of Active Members:
The members are posting quite a bit. I like that I was not the only one visiting!
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise):
There seems to be very little spam which is impressive.
Appearance (first impressions):
The christmas design should be changed. If it doesnt bother you or your current members than don't change it. I would use a skin that has little contrast.
Layout:
The layout is nicely organized. The categories are very creative.
Moderation:
The moderating teem seems to be doing their job. Well done!
Activity:
A lot of people were talking to each other via the chatroom. I would suggest maybe taking that off to promote more posts.
