Pros:
- I'm liking the skin. It is definitely appopriate for your type of forum. It's very "sport-ish" looking and that banner really sticks out. Definitely keep this skin, everything is right for your type of forum.
- The info on your forum is very good. I like how there's a box dedicated for showing when the match discussion is. Plus, the actual thread about it has lots of good info and tables, and layed out nicely.
- You're not overstaffed. Having an extra member around to help can be very helpful. Both of you all seem very active.
- Your rules are in plain sight. They're written professionally, fully explained, and very nicely done.
Cons:
- Dude, your board descriptions are driving me nuts. They're Written Like This, With All The Words With Capital Letters. Seriously, "A Place For All You Ladies To Take Your Handbags..........Men Enter At Your Peril ! " should be, "This is a place for all you ladies to take your handbags, men enter at your peril! " ALL of them are like that, and it's horribly annoying.
- You have too many off-topic forums. You don't have that many forums at all, and when your off-topc count reaches to where it's nearing the amount of off-topic ones, there's a problem. Do there really need to be separate women and men boards? And why is there a forum just to ask this one member questions? Could that not be done in a thread?
- Your activity is very poor. You and your other staff member have pretty much all the posts, you should be at like 700 posts, and not 56. They should be mostly by members too. Many forums don't even have posts in them.
- Some forum names are in caps. That really is not a good thing to do. "UNITED" should be, "United".
Final/General Thoughts: Meh, your forum could definitely be improved.
