First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First off, the logo really holds up the speed. I went to the site and the logo slowed everything up, the rest of the forums load quickly. You do have a very very nice portal layout! It looks great and you update it daily which makes yours the best i've seen. I would capitilize on the portal.
Though some forums that say "
You Must Have 5 Post To View Content In This Forum" turn me off to the forums and make me feel taken away from the activity. I would just limit even seeing it until the post count arises.
The theme is really nice though, I am a fan of light themes but yours looks really great! That looks really great and good job!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I would move the shoutbox down on the footer of the forum fvor guests but move it to the top when members login. Guests do not have posting privalleges in the shoutbox so that being the first thing they see is not really the best thing.
SOTW should be moved up a little, They worked hard, why not show it off? Other than those few things it looks really well layed out forum wise and theme wise.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your activity looks pretty good, you have a lot of posts in a short time and have good staff I see. It is really members posting, not staff. I need to compliment you in this area as this is one of the few forums I have seen with good activity in this time of year. It means members care about your forum and something draws them to post, not just all packages and exchanges there!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have almost the perfect amount of staff on your forum, it is great for the number of active users and the staff looks well trained and skilled in there area. As far as Moderators go, they seem to be good, loyal and active members on your forums, they even greet your members.
Posts look of good length and I see no real spam posted anywhere on your boards, requests are filled and admins keep cool control of the board.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
All forums look spelled well actually. They are well written and short and sweet. They do not rant on about the forum nor do they leave me hanging with a 2 word description. You have them worded just right. I would check staff posts for professionalism. Many seem to be misspelling I noticed. Just ask for Spell Checks for each post they make, not too difficult but in the end will build up a good reputation for your teams and get more members applying in the future to be staff.

Final Remarks:
This is a really nice forum, I would fix somethings listed and make it nicer to the guest to get a better registration rate, other than that, you have raised a good forum and good staff to have. This seems like the "place" for graphics!
