First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I am really impressed with the portal, not because of the hot anime chicks
😛 but that it is updated and it is layed out nice. Your affiliates seem to be all the same size and the ad placement is just about perfect. but bro, give me some content on the side bar. I just get blank space, fill it with something cool, or a tower ad space. Forum wise, I like the Why Join forum poking its head out at me, really makes me register, even if I already have an account. The ad is well placed. The board colors flow well with your logo and makes the board look clean and well maintained.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Like I said previously, the ad doesn't seem to change and matches with your forums colors. I enjoy the ad, it is in a non-entrusive space and the ad doesn't take over the content.
Though I am noticing a trend. You should make your forum different. Right now it is the same basic tree layout.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You have been open for a long time now with a gathering of 3,000 posts. I have seen newer forums get larger stats than that. you need to see this before hand. If you catch it early, you might be able to bring your forum alive again. Try and making a posting contest, make post exchanges or even advertise more and everywhere you can. You have 114 members, I mean they arn't 'posting disabled'. Try and do something with them.
You and Cosmic, another admin, have around 2K posts, that is where all of the posts basically came from. You have worked now let the members take over.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
2 admins for this forum seems too excessive. There is no need to have someone else moderate the forum for now. One person could probably do the job until you get a bit more active. Your community of posting members looks great, you don't have a troublesome crowd on your forum, they really backseat moderate and don't look like they would break the rules. Just lay back on the moderation for now bud.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Add some descrition to Anime RP forum, I would also spell out Role Play. It looks more professional and gives more clue to the member of the forums contents. The chat area says 'Sports? Check. Movies?
Check. Anything and Everything? Check. Talk about anything you desire in this forum, but keep it within the rules.' Not sure what 'check.' means, if it is a misspelling or something. I don't know and most likely other people won't. Fix that, other than that, just make sure to spell check your posts, especially in the portal and you should be fine.

It is a really great looking forum, however I can't judge a book by its cover. Work on the things stated here and bring back activity and I am sure you will have one of the biggest anime Forums
