Number of Members:
3/10 - 43 is a a pretty low number of registered users to have on your forum. A number like shows that people aren't interested in your board, and don't want to sign up. Possible reasons could be the layout, the style, or simply because they dont know who "Hiefer" is. You really need to promote more, there are hundreds of promotion websites and forums on the net, register to as many as you can and take a chance.
Number of Active Members:
2/10 - having looked down your memberlist, i was shocked to find that almost half of your members hadn't posted more than 5 messages. I see only three or four members including youself had made an effort to remain active.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise):
3/10 - 1853 is a respectable number of posts to have on your forum. the only problem is, over three-quarters of them have been made by you. Alot of your forums contain new topics which have no replies whatsoever. I'd suggest deleting alot of the un-answered topics and working on developing some of the existing ones.
Appearance (first impressions):
2/10 - In my opinion, the appearance of your forum is un-describable. Let me point out a few things which really make it look bad. Firstly, it fills the whole width of the screen, so there are vast areas of empty space, mostly in the center of the index page. Secondly, your snow flakes are far too large and obstructive. Unlike the ones on this forum, where they simply add a nice effect, yours are distracting and get in the way. Thirdly, your flash extras such as the countdown timers, your forum pet and the Chat-box. The countdown timers are huge, and completely stretch out the forum category. They look ugly, unprofessional and to be honest, a better job could be done by adding a HTML countdown (text based) to your forum description, rather than a large image which is very distracting. Now onto your Chat-Box, the first thing which strikes me is the theme of it. Bright pink?!? for your blue-forum? I don't think that works very well - do you?. Also the problem with chat-boxes are that they take attention away from your forum. You'll start noticing people will have chats more often in the chat-box, than in your threads. The next thing that needs to be addressed is your banner, it just doesn't work. The content of the image is fine i suppose, although the size is just silly. If you're going to have a banner which is that high, make sure it fills the whole width of the page, and have it packed with content. This will make it look alot better. Finally, your skin is simply old and boring. There are alot more creative themes for your version of PHP, i'd suggest checking some out. Alternatively, i'd consider adding margins to your forum, such as the ones on this forum. They collect everything in the middle of your forum, and fill alot of the empty space.
Layout:
4/10 - You have a few too many categories, and some of the actual forums could be placed into other categories. Also, i'd consider removing your affiliates section and hiding the administrator section from registered users and guests. Why do guests need to see there is an administrators section? I'd add the affiliates just above the PHP Copyright notice, located at the bottom of the index page,.
Moderation:
10/10 - Well, it's not as if there's much to Moderate. Everything looks spam-free.
Activity:
4/10 - Your forum is basically dead at the moment. You have a few posts which have been made within the last few days, other than that, they're all a few weeks old, or date back to July.

Reviewer Notes: It looks like you're on PHPBB 2.0x. Seeing as you have your own hosting, i'd strongly suggest upgrading to phpBB 3.0x. There are hundreds of advantages over 3.0x such as more advanced styles and more advanced [MOD]s. I know this review may look a little harsh, although the truth hurts sometimes, this is constructive criticism for your forum which i hope you benefit from.
Just stick to the advice i have given you and you should be up and running in no time.
Until then, try promoting some more using some of the methods listed in the "Promotion Tricks" section of this forum. Link

lol and its not Hiefer its Kiefer. My old banner says 24 world on it and stuff, also takes up the whole page. This one is just to show support to Kiefer while he stays in jail, in 27 days it is gone.
as for the affiliates and Admin section, your right I want to hide them, but im not sure how. and the affiliates, there is no way to post them down there.
The snow flaks are rather large lol, I didnt do that tho, my other admin did, and now idk how to make them smaller lol.
And deffinatly, the activity is just sad I agree %100. My account does have tons of post yes, but I share it with 3 siblings, non of which are aloud to have there own account, so I share it with them.
