First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
You have a nice skin on your site. The green and white skin is light and has a non-intense feel to it. It's definitely football related, which is what your forum is aiming for. One small thing that could be improved on the skin is that on your index page (the CMS-like page), it displays the default skin image: http://footyfanatics.co.cc/templates/myff_footiefanatic2/images/logo.jpg[img]. That should probably be replaced with a custom logo. All the other images are fine, however. They all go well with your site's color scheme. However, I don't get why your favicon has an "M" when your forum is called Footie Fanatics. Overall though, your skin was good.

OK, this is bugging me. Why is your site spelled, "Footie Fanatics" but your URL spells it "Footy Fanatics." It's inconsistent and confusing. Also, you're still using phpBB2. Why in the world would you do that? That software is like 7 years old, and is horribly outdated. phpBB3 is much better by today's standards. However, there was one good thing that immediately stuck out to me. Your forum is fluid, which I love. I use a larger monitor, so having a fluid skin is important to me while browsing forums. As for as your actual boards laid out, it's categorized well. Additionally, you don't have an overly large amount of off-topic forums, which is good to see. You never want too many off-topic boards.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
It's really hard to judge your activity and statistics at this point, because you've only been open for like one week. 860 posts is good for a week, and 19 registered users is a normal amount. However, the problem with your posts is that like 80%+ of them were made by staff of your forum. You want a lot of activity from normal members, because that's who really matters. I think it's a good idea that you're having a post contest, but just remember not to rely on those. You want normal, willing, activity. Try to promote that to people. We'll be able to better judge your forum when it's older, and more posts exist.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I think you have two or three staff members. That's a good amount for a forum your size. I wouldn't hire anymore staff though. Make sure not to hire members as staff just because they post a lot. That's not a good thing to do because of what I said in the statistics section. Your staff do seem to do their job correctly, and so there's really not much to say in this section.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I did see a few mistakes in your spelling/grammar. I've noted a few below:
"Football Fanatic's forum news are placed here." should be, "Football Fanatic's forum news is placed here."
If you have any feedback for us or need help around the forums then please post here." should be, "If you have any feedback for us, or need help around the forums, then please post here."
"Talk about Englands number one division" should be, "Talk about England's number one division".
"From iPads to iPhones, from halo to fifa." should be, "From iPads to iPhones, to Halo to FIFA."
"Discuss the european tournaments. Europa League and Champions League." should be, "Discuss the European tournaments, Europa League and Champions League."
These are mostly grammar things, and they're pretty minor.
