Medium Forum Review
First Impressions
Your theme looks decent at a glance. However, your forum's statistics are fairly low at a glance. You also have some empty forums on your index. I'm sure that this will fix itself in time. However, since you are already advertising your forum, it wouldn't hurt to increase your statistics a bit and make sure that all forums have at least some posts in them. If your statistics are higher, your forum will appear more active to prospective users. This, in turn, may make them more likely to sign up.
Overall, my first impression of your forum was fairly neutral.
Appearance
I like the header of your theme quite a bit. While it may be a little too large (it takes up over half the screen on my 1600x900 resolution), it has nice colours. Your logo, however, may be a little too plain. I think that you could use something that would help your site stand out a little more. The FP graphics section is full of people who are willing to create a logo for you in exchange for FP Cash. The text on the logo is also a bit plain and could use a little work. Scrolling down, I feel that the theme is a bit too monotone. There is a large amount of white in your theme. I feel that if the read/unread icons (and perhaps the background of the categories such as where it says "Main Category") were a different colour (perhaps gray), it would help balance the theme a bit more. The theme is not bad, though. I just think that it would benefit from having a bit more balance in its use of colour.
Ratios
Your forum's ratios could use some improvement in my opinion. Your forum has 250 members; that's a great number of members to have considering your forum's age, but you have only 247 posts. That makes less than one post for each member. Since you do have a high amount of members, I would try opening up a contest of some kind and mass e-mailing all users. Perhaps you could have (and this is just an idea) a contest for restoring old computers. The person with the most awesome old computer wins a prize of some kind. You could also have a "post your computer" contest, and the person with the most awesome computer (hardware or appearance) wins. These are just rough ideas. You also have a fairly low amount of posts per day. The advice that I give in the section below may help a bit with that.
Posts
As I said above, your amount of posts is relatively low at a glance. I think that a good start would be to start topics in forums that are currently empty. Some people are shy to make the first topic in a forum. Making new topics will also help to stimulate more discussion. If you have any friends who are interested in technology, you could try getting them to sign up and post around. Ask them to make some threads to stimulate more discussion. They could end up liking your forum and becoming active members as well. Post exchanges are also a good resource for some start-up posts.
Content
Your forum could definitely use some more content. Like I said above, you should be focusing on starting new threads first and foremost because this will stimulate more discussion. You could also try writing some guides for various things related to computers. You could drop some links to your forum on other sites (assuming, of course, that it's allowed) if your guides are relevant to problems that people are having. This may lead to some registrations and posts.
Final Remarks
You need to focus on creating new content first and foremost. This will lead you to registrations and more posts.
