Your forum currently has 48 members in 7 days which is exceptional, I did notice that out of those 48 members 35 members have 10 posts or less.
There are currently 6 members of staff, 5 VIP’s and 2 regular members.
As this is a fairly new forum I wouldn’t worry just at the moment but just keep adding new content and I am sure you will get more members and your registered members will post more as well.
In my opinion you have done great to get so many people register for your forums.
Since my first visit to your site, I have noticed that you have gain 3 new members in just over a 24 hour period which is good for a forum that has only been open a short while like Summit Adverts.
Number of Active Members: (2/10)
You currently have 48 members on your forums but only 13 of those members have more than 10 posts. I think you need to improve the amount of active visitors on your forum as you currently have 4 staff members, 5 VIP members and only 2 are regular members I would suggest getting a package to increase the active member count and maybe send a mass email out reminding your users about new content or contests that may be happening on your board.
Number of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (8/10)
You have over 1800 posts in 382 topics which is a very healthy number of posts on a forum that has just been open just over a week, I am sure regular updates and keep adding new content will just bring more members that post a lot.
Appearance (First Impressions):(16/20)
The forum style is a lot better tan the previous style you had. I like the improved logo, I like the watermarks on the logo as it personalizes the logo and forum compared to your last logo, which wasn't as good as your current logo. See below for suggestions on improving layout and 1st impressions
Layout: (14/20)
The layout of the forums is generally quite good the only things I find off putting about the layout are;
• Affiliate Exchange
• Banner Advertising
I don’t like how these forums look as it looks terrible and not very professional showing the banners in the forum description, I would place the banner adverts at the top of the forum or if that can’t be done place tem at the top of viewforum and viewtopic that way they can be shown where people are posting and ten people will be more likely to click tem.
You could place the Affiliate banners in the footer of the forum as that looks a lot better than having them in the forum description and ten they will be viewable on all pages of the forum.
Other than those two things I ting your layout is pretty good but you could try s pretty good as there is not loads of forums I think you have just enough.
Moderation:(8/10)
There are only four staff members on the forums which I think is a decent amount of staff on the forums. Once you decide to open the reviews, graphics and packages forum then you will need to recruit people but I would suggest only recruiting one or two members for each service as I don’t think you need many more than that as your forum is still quite new, the moderation on the forums is good, just read and take note of my suggestion and you should be fine.
Activity:(7/10)
The activity on the forums is quite decent as the admins are posting a lot on the forums, getting involved with topics and discussions. The is a good amount of members on the forums (including V.I.P.) that have made quite a few posts on the forums which will only improve your activity on the forums. I would suggest getting a package done on your forums as that would help with the activity issue also doing a banner or link exchange as that would help get your link around to lots of different forums.
Spelling and Grammar(4/10)
The Spelling and Grammar by Rulerz is not very good, I would expect I higher quality level of good English, spelling and grammar on the forums as your setting a good role model to all the members and Moderators on the forums, if you show a high quality of spelling and grammar then other people will follow your lead and the site will look and become much more professional.
Overall Mark (68/100):
Your forum has been given 68%, if you follow my suggestions outlined in my review this forum will go from having a lot of potential to becoming a great site for advertising and promoting peoples websites and forums, please come back and get a review in a month or two.
