Number Of Members: (5/10)
You have 24 members, your forum was started 20th Feb 2008 , You should have a lot more members than this by now. You need to advertise in more places and take advantage of every service promotion forums offer. You need to add more things to your site to make members want to join.
Number Of Active Members: (3/10)
After looking at your members list, you have 5 active members out of your 24 members. It seems a lot of your members just got bored of your forum, you need to keep starting interesting topics to make members want to post more and come back to see any developments on the interesting topics.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (6/10)
You have 630 post on your forum, at first you think thats not bad, but this post count, but you make up a quarter of the post count, and then your other 5 active members make up the rest, most you other members have 1-5 post. Again to get more post you need to give your members reason to post, maybe a contest?
Appearance (First Impressions): (4/10)
Well, this skin is plane, this will not attract members, you need a nice pro skin that attracts people. It looks like you logo was made in MS paint, if you want a nicer logo that looks good, go to the forum promotion graphics team, i am sure they will make you a real nice one. Also i done like your forum icons with are Smilies, you need some proper ones that look nicer.

Mate, your section and in all the wrong order, why is General discussion (you spell discussion wrong) come before the Updates & announcements (You also spell announcements wrong) look at other forums and you will see how to order your forum, your news should always be at the top, followed by comments and what every now your General discussion should be at the bottom as its not the main about your forum. As you are using freeforums.org, you can use subsection, witch is a shame
Moderation: (8/10)
You should not really need any mods, as you have not got many members, when you get more members you will need mods to keep your forum in check.
Activity: (2/10)
As i have said in this review many times, your activity on the forum is no good, take all i have said in to consideration and you will do ok.
