You have 21 registered members, I do not know how long your forum has been open so i can't comment much at this point. It seems you don't have as many members as you should have. To get members you need to make your forum look more pro, always add new content.

By looking at things i would say less than half your members are active and posting, as said above you need to put things on the site to gain more member. Also try takeing advantage of all that promotion forum have to offer, like posting packages and thinks like that, this kind of stuff can give your forum a real boost.

You and your members have made a total of 660 posts, after checking you have made a lot of them post and your members the rest. The post count is quite good for the amount of members, but if i joined your forum, i would not know where to post you have to many section

You have way to many forums, Can you not have sub sections on your host?, if you can i would make more use of them. Having all the sections you have will not make members want to join, I tend not to join forum with to many section in them, i think it looks a mess, and not very pro.
The skin is very nice, the logo i don't like to much.

As i said here, I think you need to get rid of some section, if you want a chance of becomeing a better forum.

You have about 5 mods, i think this is a bit to much, for a forum with the amout of members you have, as your forum grows you will need more mods but for now 1 or 2 would do.
