I really like the branding job you've done. It is obvious that you're a forum based upon a park atmosphere by looking at the logo.
"Promo Park" on your logo is a bit hard to read in the white. I would put "Promo Park" in a bolder color to make the logo more noticeable to your viewers. "Promo Park" is miss aligned. It should be moved to the left. "Promo Park " should be aligned with the left edge of your theme.
Your theme backdrop is rather bland. It doesn't seem to fit with the color of your logo. Your logo is "fun" and "fresh" while your theme looks plain. You should see if you can find (or make) a theme with more color.
There is a huge white block in bottom right corner. It looks like an ad is supposed to be there, but isn't. You could very easily by extending the "statistics" bar longer.

You don't have a set of rules for Promo Park. This should be the first thing you do when you set up a forum. It doesn't have to be advanced covering every little thing. Just set some basic things to make sure posters know not to post anything illegal.
The grammar in your announcements should be put through a grammatical checker, to ensure maximum professionalism. You have some comma splices and run on sentences inside of your announcement. Nothing major, but you could do better.

Site Structure

You need to get rid of some sub forums. Specifically the "Advertising Display." Whenever a forum says "and 2 more" you have too many sub-forums in that particular category. All of the categories should fit on the homepage of your forum. Not doing that makes your forum look cluttered and is hard to navigate. I would recommend you combine all the sub-forums in "Advertising Display" into one general directory. That would make your forum easier to navigate.
You need some sort of webmaster section. Nothing major and over the top. You should make a new category. Move move "Webmaster See-Saw" into it then add a few other basic things like a job board, place to do exchanges, and a place to exchange forum cash between members. Things like that are vital to webmasters.
You should move "Interviews" into its own independent section. It's getting by far the most posts in your entire board.

Final Remarks
Promo Park is doing well for not being a week old. If you make a few changes, you shouldn't have a problem getting people to promote on your site. Best of luck!
