It takes a while to load? I'm using hawkhost which FP is using. Also it loads just fine for me. It must just be you.

I think it just seems a little generic - the post icons I mean. That could be a design choice which many people may not like as they may think you are using some sort of preset theme?

What do you mean? There is like 3 themes to choose from if they dislike the default.

Bottom left, clear as day. It's a drop-down box next to the language selector and above the footer. The theme it's set on is 'Velvet Blue'.
