First Impressions:
When I first visit the site, everything seems pretty neat and clean. There are no spelling or grammar mistakes that I can find. I like the fact that the site seems pretty easy to navigate. That's one thing that I will cause me to leave a site in a hurry. If I can't navigate a site easy enough, I will get frustrated enough to not want to stick around and that site will never see me visit it again. Everything else I noticed, I won't mention here because they will be mentioned during other parts of this review.

Design Quality:
Like I mentioned, it seems pretty clean and neat. Forum Promotion could possibly use another "theme". There is a big debate between light versus dark so I know everyone is going to have a different opinion about what will look good on Forum Promotion. You can have one of each to appease everyone. I'm not saying that Jordan didn't do a good job on the "theme" that you have now. It's just a lot of people will have at least one dark theme and one light theme on their forum to cater to everyone regardless of what which one they prefer.

Site Structure:
When you first click on the link, you are immediately directed to the home page for Forum Promotion. I like the big "about me" area that appears on the home page, however, I would like to see it moved directly to the top before everything else. I just think that the "about me" should appear before the "continue to our forums" directory link with the arrow. Give people who are visiting Forum Promotion for the first time as much information as possible about your community before you ask them to join or do anything else. I can say the same thing about the statistics that you've provided following the "about me" section. You want to show that off to people who are looking at Forum Promotion for the first time because that shows off your activity level.
When I do make my way over to the forum from the home page, the navigation bar is at the very top. Most of the time, people will have the site name and the navigation bar directly underneath it. It think it would be okay to leave that where it is as long as it remains clearly visible and easy to read. On another note, some of the descriptions for some of the categories could be made a bit more descriptive than what you currently have now.

Originality:
This area is always the hardest part it seems. Promotion forums and/or webmaster forums are not rare by any means, so you have to do something to make yourself stand out from the rest of the crowd. One thing Forum Promotion does is they have the "Site Battle Madness" contest that they've hosted every year for the last few years around March/April. It usually ups the activity on Forum Promotion and it also provides more activity to the sites that participate in the contest. Since you have that one earlier on in the year, it might be nice to have another contest later on in the year. Now that I think about it, we haven't had a free package weekend in a while. You could do something like that once a year, provided
@Hissae2 and the rest of the package team feel up to doing so.

Activity Level:
One thing that can help out with the activity level, I've already mentioned in the "Originality" section so there's no reason to bring that up again. Looking through the different areas on the forum, the posting seems pretty recent. With the exception of the "Web Development & Graphic Design" section, the last post in each section was made at some point today already or some time yesterday. I think that's pretty good. You don't want areas of the forum to sit there for too long with no one posting in it.
The only bad thing I can see is the blog. The activity level on the blog is pretty dismal at best. Hardly anyone is writing articles for the blog, even with FP $ being offered to the general member base for doing an article. Unless this can be improved upon, I would recommend not having a blog at all. I don't believe the blog is doing your site any good when there are so few articles being written.

The thing I liked the best: Site is clean and pretty easy to navigate.
The thing I liked the least: The lack of activity on the blog portion of the site.
Overall Mark:
Overall Mark: I like Forum Promotion and I have been a member of this forum for over 5 years. I think it is an awesome site to use to promote my forum and meet other people with sites of their own. You can get a lot of help with your site, either through requesting the services or seeking out advice from other webmasters who visit the forum. For that reason, I would love to see Forum Promotion continue to push forward and stick around for a long, long time. Best wishes!
