First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First of all, I really like the banner. It draws you right in, and makes you want to look at the rest of the forums.
The theme is also perfect, as said in your last review and from me to you personally, it's a great skin and it fits well for the genre of the board and just overall looks great.
However, as I suggested to you when I was a staff member on your site, you need to have other skin choices. Just one skin isn't really enough. Offer a dark skin maybe, also.
There's nothing else really to suggest here other than get an alternate theme for members to choose, pref. a black one, so those who like a dark, easy on the eyes, skin can have one.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You know how to design a layout well, and I am impressed. It's all in perfect order for the first category, as is the second category.
I believe this was suggested in your last review, but Automotive boards aren't a popular discussion topic anywhere really, and maybe you should just delete it and let people discuss Automotive in hobbies without a seperate subforums.
I also notice that a lot of the boards in that Discussions category aren't, how can I describe it, like fit together. You should keep Debates next to World News, media should be closer to general discussion, Sport should be closer to hobbies, etc. Maybe an order like this:
Category: Discussions
--Board: General Discuss
--Board: Media
--Board: Hobbies
--Board: Sports
--Board: World News
--Board: Debates
--Board: The Internet and Technology
--Board: Forum & Websites
should work.
More Discussions and extras is a great category, and I love that rule relax area, great board

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was founded about 3 and a half months ago, and you have almost 8,000 posts, and close to 200 members. You are doing a great job promoting your site, and I applaud you. Nothing wrong with this area.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Two admins, 3 global mods, and a graphic designer is good for you at this point. Don't pick up anymore staff until you are around 15k~ posts and 300~ members. The staff all seems to be active at welcoming new members, and overall in great shape.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Don't think there's anything really wrong with your spelling or grammar, and you are very proffessional as is your staff, so there's nothing to complain about here, however I do notice you use the word " People " in the Buy Sell area, which should say Members. People just doesn't sound good to me. Also, it says use your GD cash, it should say CC cash, since your site name is changed.
What you have:
Use your GD cash to buy/sell items from other people. Things being bought and sold can include forums, posts on peoples forums, basically anything providing it's legal.
What it should be:
Use your C cash to buy/sell items from other members. Things being bought and sold can include forums, posts on other members forums, basically anything providing it's legal.

Overall, I think your board is pretty great. I suggest you group those discussions boards together a little better, and add a darker skin, on top over everything else.
