First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
On first impression, I saw a very ugly blue banner, not the actual site banner, but one just above the forum. I then looked at your skin, and had very mixed feelings about it. I liked the fact it was a light skin, that wasnt too "In your face", but at the same time the colours were very dull. Overall, the skin is nice, but maybe if you switched the colours around, like have the browny bits blue and the blue bits the browny colour, it would probably be better. I know it is an immense task, but I think it could really help. I like your banner you have, the blue matches against the background, along with the category headers and new topic/post icon's.
At the very bottom, I really like what you have done with the Statistics box. It takes up a lot less room, and that is very useful.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The basic layout of your site is great, there are only a handful of forum's, and a few categories, keeping space to a minimum. However, I think Forum Games could be moved to the actual discussion category, as it really does not look right with a forum promotion forum, graphics forum and buying and selling forum. Also, maybe you could remove all subforums in the General Discussion forum, and place them on the index, so user' can see every forum without having to look through description's for subforums.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
For a fairly new General Discussion forum, it is great that you have at least made it this far, and better yet your stats are great. I know many people would rather be tempted to join a General Discussion forum with millions of posts, of which there are many, but 12000 posts and nearly 250 members in 4 Months, your Statistics are great. Also looking at User's online in the last 24 hours, you have around 20ish, only 7 of which are staff, which shows community dedication to your forum, which is perfect.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
From what I can see, you have 2 Admins and 4 Mod's, which is rough 1 Member of Staff to 40 people, which is slightly low but nonetheless great, because you have not gone overboard with hiring staff. Looking at the post counts of your staff, they are very active, which is a great bonus to having them on the team.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
From what I can see, there are a very little amount of mistakes made, but I might point out some:
Talk about anything media related, whether it be gaming, TV or music or anything else that fits into the media category.
Should be:
Talk about anything media related, whether it be gaming, TV, music or anything else that relates to media
That makes it sound better. Apart from that, your Grammar and Spelling are flawless.
