First Impressions & Appearance
When I first visited your forum, my first impression was pretty good. You have a nice blue theme and a banner that suits the theme well. You have ‘text links’ but no actual links there. I think this should be removed until there are links there, it makes the forum look messy. Also, you have ‘sponsor adverts’ text there, I assume the banner is a sponsor ad below and I don’t think you need the text. It just clutters the forum. I see you have ‘Moderated by:’ under every board. I don’t think this is necessary, they all just say Community Team anyway, and people know that the community team does the moderating. I especially don’t like that sometimes Moderated By is bold and sometimes it’s not. You should at least make them all the same. I like that you are thinking of unique service ideas, but I really dislike the idea of getting an email advertising someone’s site every day. I would find that annoying and it could stop me from joining. Another thing, you don’t have a favicon. You should get one, something simple like PF would look good. It’s simple and it’s your forum’s initials.

Site Layout
I see you have 24 boards. I know it’s a promotion forum, and promotion forums generally have more boards but I still feel you could cut it down a little. There are not many posts in Promotion Sites, so that could be a sub board in General Foruming. I like that you on have 3 general discussion boards, you should keep it like that. Other than that, there isn’t much you can do to improve your layout. Keep up the good work.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has managed to accumulate 5698 posts, and 228 members as of right now. You opened August 31st 2010. This means you have been open nearly a year. These stats are not good at all. Most boards have not had a post today. This doesn’t look good. You should try to make sure every board has a post in it every day even if no one else posts. The forum looks much more active this way and encourages guests to join and post. You should try an active for active exchange with someone here at Forum Promotion.

Staff Moderation
I see you have 3 admins and a coder/designer. You don’t have any packagers, moderators or reviewers which is something you should work on. I think 3 admins is a bit much for a forum your size. You really don’t need more than 2. I see you have 1500 posts, which is amazing it shows you are dedicated. One admin only has 9 posts and hasn’t visited in 3 days. You should talk to him or her about his or her activity and maybe demote him or her to moderator. You’re other admin only has 34 posts but seems to be posting every day which is good. It’s understandable has doesn’t have many posts because he only joined on the 15th.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your board descriptions are very short. Most of them start with ‘Discuss’ which I find a bit boring and repetitive. I think you should consider rewriting them. You should add more details. You should change “Want more exposure from your forum, Blog or website?” to “Would you like more exposure for your forum, blog, or website?”. And signature is spelled wrong in that same board description. All your staff appear to be posting around with good grammar and professionalism, which is great.
