It is odd on how you are getting this error, I do think this is not on my end and maybe a host issue.
If you give me your IP via PM I might be able to contact the hosting provider for them to investigate further and I do my best to see why the site is denying your access.
You could use a proxy or VPN which I can PM you more info on that.

I noticed your note about reviewing your YouTube channel, but since you did not write down any question specific to the channel, I'm afraid I cannot do much about it. What do you think about the design?
I think the design is nicely done. I like the overall organization and placement of the theme elements. From the navigation bar, to the banner, the content body, the side bar, and the footer. The color combination is quite good; I am a fan of dark themes and I think it suits game-related websites best. Now while the design is quite decent, the content/elements themselves still need improvement. I will touch this on the next questions.
Do you come across any bugs that need addressing?
People say a picture is worth a thousand words. And because it is indeed easier to explain through a picture, here is a screenshot of what the website looks like to me. The points shown are not exactly bugs, but I feel that they need to be corrected. They are circled in red.
In this picture the points highlighted are the strange navigation bar, the grammar mistake in the main banner, and the purpose of having 'Blog' link on navigation bar.
In this picture the point highlighted is the organization of side bar widgets. They do not go well with the design.
In this picture the point highlighted is the content of 'Who We Are' widget. Since there is already an 'About' page, at least the content of the widget and the page should be synchronized.
What are some good/bad points about the site?
Aside from the points mentioned above, I think what the website needs at the moment is content. At least some basic content to help visitors to figure out what the website is about. The 'About' page does not truly explain what the website is about. The welcome post mentions videos, reviews, and services. What services does it mean? I could not come up with an example related to games. Some content needs clarification and correction. The website has a decent design already, so I hope it can survive to support the YouTube channel!

I have actually touched everything on the screenshots above. The design is good, but there are elements to fix and re-organize to make the design perfect, in my opinion.

I'm still deciding whether i should go with a software like mybb for the forum or custom code it to make it original.
The server it was running on must of had issues with certain people accessing the system as I started experiencing issues myself.
I moved it to another server so that must of resolved the issue.
