Wow, fantastic amount of members! And a fantastic amount of posts, your members must be very active and enjoy your forum. It's even better as your forum is just a general chat forum, and there are hundreds if not thousands of them, so it shows your forum is successful. It also seems i am already a member, which means your forum must be good!

I would count the amount of members that have made one posts or more, but seeing as you have nearly 200 members, it would take a while. But i can see that your members are a active bunch and most of them are active. Which is always good!

That really is a fantastic amount of posts considering you have just under 200 members. They must love your forum! And you have only posted 16.42% of your forum, which is a very good amount considering your a very large forum. Good work.
Appearance
Lets start from the portal and from the top to bottom, then we'll go on to the forum index. Firstly, i love the tabs you have, although the logo does seem a "little" large although it is a nice font, and I'm not sure why you have the logo saying "Ghosties Bungalow", and then "Ghosties Bungalow" written underneath that! Also, i never find the music players attractive or good to have on a forum, as everyone has different tastes in music, and when i entered your forum, i was already listening to music and it started blasting out some music i didn't like at all, so i just pressed pause, which I'm sure most people would do. Now, for the links box, I'm not sure why there is such a dark blue area when it should be white, maybe you have added the Nuts & Bolts picture link wrong.
Now for the forum, there is not much to comment on about the forum as the tabs etc have been commented on already. Anyway, the pictures in the forum descriptions are OK, but some of the pictures are not very nice and could be better, I'm not saying that you shouldn't have pictures in the forum description, I'm just saying you should get some better pictures, as i don't particularly like those ones. You have the right amount of forums, so no problems there. I also think that you shouldn't have the Test rank. Other than that, there isn't much else to comment on.
Layout
The layout is good, not too many forums which is fantastic. As said above, i love the tabs, it makes your forum different from all those other FreeForums.org hosted forums. Also said above, the logo is a "little" large, and i suggest that you lower the dimensions.
Moderation
Moderation is fantastic, you have a good amount of staff and everything seems to be in working order and nothing is out of control. Your staff also seem to have a good amount of posts, which is always good.
Activity
Fantastic, the activity of your forum is fantastic! You get roughly 518 posts per day (information from your stats on the forum index), which is a fantastic amount of posts considering you have just under 200 members. That must be the most amount of posts on a forum in one day i have ever seen! Congratulations!
Overall Mark (Out Of 100)
Overall, I'd say your forum is about 92 out of 100, it seems your forum is very active and is successful, you should consider upgrading to Advanced Hosting as that would make your forum even more active and would "top it off".
