First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
As I first click onto your site, I am not caught onto anything early.
This is a big problem for me. Your Welcome message is EXTREMELY long. Cut it down to only the necessities. That advertisement is also annoying, and it's in a very bad spot. You have no banner, another serious problem. The theme is also very dull. Especially for a community about " lawling ".
You've also overdid it a bit on boards.
The first impressions and your appearance are poor at best. Guests would not be inclined to join.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
This isn't so bad. Again, that welcome message hinders the look of your site significantly, as does that skin. Which is I why I suggest changing these things around. Move that ad also.
As for boards, I don't see that much of a problem, other than the ' Special Access ' area. It's a little insane. You don't need a board for 50 posts, or 500 posts, etc - it's just overdoing it.
Not a lot of problems here.

Your board is about 2 months old, and you have 34 members and 700 or so posts, this isn't so good. Do more exchanges.

Your site lacks a lot. Your welcome message is a little big, you really need to get a domain and host if you want to really be a serious site, and you want to start doing exchanges and such to boost activity. I would also get a new skin if I were you.

The genre seems laid back, and seems to work for you. I like your board set up.

By getting a domain and host, replacing that ad, fixing those " Special Areas " down at the bottom, and fix that welcome message.
