First Impressions - (Out of 20)
UA's got one of those homely feelings when you first arrive. The skin is slick, light, with just a hint of softer coloring that separates every section with style. Of the many ad forums available around, UA does have a look that set's it slightly apart from the rest i've ventured on. Some may find it basic of a skin, but with an ad forum, there's no reason to go "all out". I do like the overall look.
The thing i can't help but notice, is the banner's background. Everything on the forum has some shade of blue, and the all white background just stands out, and seems out of place. The banner is great, but i'd just like to suggest maybe adding a very light shade of blue behind it; or maybe even the forum's background color could work.
There's all the basic services you'd expect from any ad forum; but when looking, i see that some unique services have been removed/discontinued (my favorite being the sidebar button advertisement), with not much an original or unique service for forum advertisers. Mulit-ads seems unique, but with 1/4 of the services available off-line, may not interest some to take part.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The forum has the set-up i would expect an ad forum to have. Everything important for all members/guests to see first up top, followed by all the advertising needs and sevices.
I see a new service for ultimate internet has just recently launched. Which is nice to see you branching from just forum sites; but, the thing is, more than 80-90% of your member base is going to consists of forums site admins adverting their forum. I'm just not sure how successful the internet websitess section is going to go, and should 3 boards be made available. Maybe one board, with the 3 service sub-boards; but, that's just me, and you may have bigger plans for the new service, and it's something you know will work.
And, one boo-boo, i noticed. When i clicked the Affiliates "redirect" it took me to the Multi-ads Board, instead. Don't know if anyone's told you, already, or it's suppose to go there, but i didn't see anywhere from there to requests affiliation.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
You've done a fantastic job getting UA's foundation up and running in the past few months ... but seems alot of members have moved on; of course, it's expected to have some members join JUST to poat and Ad topic, and leave the forum, which i find completely pointless and don't see how anyone expects to get any attention to their forum by doing so.
The site is doing fairly well, i saw a post where an admin mentioned UA was dead at the moment, which it's far from that. You still got a great dedicated staff team, and members still visiting every day. You just need to find ways to make things fresh for memebrs; and ways to get new members/guests interested in what you have to offer, that other ad forums may not; services and events that;ll keep members intersted in coming back on a daily/weekly basis.
Another concern, is when i went to check on completed services; where a board said 28 topics, only one showed up. Is there a mod installed that cuts off older topics. This may not be wise for an ad forum, in some cases, such as members wanting to see completed services to see the quality performed on other members' requests; may want to skim through the completed sections.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
The staff team seem very dedicated, and handles task very professionally and in a tinely manner; which is the most you could ask for in an ad forum. It seems reviewers and graphics are the two hardest spots to get filled in ad forums, but it was great to see other staff members step in and handle some services themselves.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
I'm the last person who should correct anyone on spelling and grammar; i make so many typos myself, without proofreading before i post. Nothing wrong with the boards and descriptions; just i have noticed a few typos from some admin and moderators on different topics i looked around on. Which happens without notice, sometimes you get in such a hurry, and jump from topic to topic without proof reading.

Final Remarks:
UA has had a very promosing start in the opening months, and doesn't seem to be fading away anytime soon. It's a really good ad forum, i use it frequently, myself. The thing there needs to be a "hook" ... something that sets it apart from other ad forums; that'll insure members they're forum is getting the most out of using your services, and the time spent will get as much exposure as possible for their forum.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The dedicated staff, good active member base, and taking chances with different types of services.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Some of the better service ideas seem to be either offline, or not too active.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I'm a member, and will continue to support and use UA as one of my advertising sites. I've just been inactive from the internet, entirely, for the past month.
As for getting others to join, just need to keep getting the word out; and make sure once you get the members there, you've got something unique to offer them so they'll stay and keep coming back.
