The website itself looks very clean and professional. The colors used are soft and friendly. Overall, it looks more professional than some major competitors such as HostGator and GoDaddy (I hate the clutter that is their websites).
The ONLY suggestion I have is to have the "Our Hosting Packages" boxes link to their respective prices. For instance, have the "Shared Hosting" box link to a price comparison like you have at /sharedhosting.php. That way, your site is much more interactive without the user having to look for the "Reseller Hosting" pricing buttons. 🙂

As soon as you get to the main page its an explosion of all the information that you need. This is very helpful it looks like a very professional site not much free space which shows that your in it for the long run. I myself love the template of the site easy on the eyes overall a great business site
