First Impressions: (10 out of 15)
My first impression of your website isn't bad but it may not be necessarily good either. Most of my first impression is discussed later on in this review so I won't say too much here to keep from repeating myself. The one thing that I do want to mention is there is one thing that I think you should add that I didn't see on your site (I couldn't find it anywhere, at least). I think you should take any positive feedback that you've received from current or past customers and have it available on your site. I think that is one thing that guests & potential customers are going to want to know when they look at what your site offers. They'll want to know how happy your customers are with the products/services that you offer.
Site Structure: (13 out of 15)
I like the way your site is laid out. Everything is easy to read and easy to find, with the exception of finding positive feedback from already existing customers that I mentioned before. If you have that on your site somewhere, I would suggest bringing that out, front and center. If it isn't located on your site anywhere, then I suggest adding it immediately. I do like the fact that the information at the beginning of your site revolves to show different things about your products/services and I also like that it doesn't revolve too fast. It stays there long enough for me to read what's there before it moves on to the next page. I hate it when things scroll across the page too quickly and it doesn't give you enough time to read everything.
Design Quality: (10 out of 15)
I want to talk about the image that is listed below for a minute. I am trying to figure out what the penguin in the image has to do with the services/products you have to offer. I mean, he's cute and everything. I just don't think he makes your site look very professional when you have cartoonist figures there. Especially when they are right smack dab in the middle of the front page where it's kind of hard to miss him. I think he just looks out of place on your website and he doesn't project the kind of image you're wanting to potential customers, so I would have him removed. Other than having the penguin removed, I don't see anything wrong with the way the website is designed.
Originality: (5 out of 15)
Okay, I've seen other websites that have offered the same thing, or something similar to, what your site offers. In order to stand out from the others, you're going to have to offer competitive pricing
OR offer better services than what the others offer. Either way, that is going to require doing some research on your part. You'll need to hunt down these other sites and 1) find out what their prices are and 2) find out what they're offering for their prices. Then you'll have to sit down with your findings and figure out if you can beat their pricing or offer something better than what your competition is offering. Because I can guarantee that guests that are viewing your website are doing that exact same thing. They are taking your prices and your services, and they are comparing them to your competitors. So, you're going to have to make those adjustments or you're going to loose out on some potential customers.
Overall Mark: (38 out of 60)
There are some good things about your site and then there are some things that I think can be improved upon. If you really work at it, I believe you can really improve your site. Good luck to you and your website!
