Pros:
-Your layout seems pretty organized and concise. You probably could condense it more by merging some forums, but it looks pretty good overall.
-Some of your forum descriptions are clever.


Cons:
-You do not have a header nor logo. This is vital in distinguishing your forum from the competition.
-Your theme as a whole is pretty plain. I would recommend finding a new one
-There are some grammar mistakes in your forum descriptions. I see many runon sentences and punctuation errors.
-While this isn't a big deal for me, using "I" in the descriptions of your forums is off-putting to some potential members. Just look out for that.
-The stats of your forum may be off-putting to prospective members. Since your forum is still fairly new, you may wish to try some post exchanges to help your forum appear more active.
-You have many empty forums, which makes your forum look less active and is off-putting to prospective members.

Final/General Thoughts: I would recommend finding a new theme, creating a banner or logo for that theme, and doing some post exchanges to make your forum appear more active. After that, you should try advertising your forum through the various services provided on Forum Promotion and other promotion forums.
