First Impressions & Appearance
Firstly, I don't like the logo you have. Although you can clearly read it, it looks very pixilated. Try requesting graphics in the FP graphics section, I am sure somebody would accept your request. The theme is ok, it's nice and simple. However, I would suggest making it more unique to your forum. I have seen it many times before, and possibly changing color's, forum icons etc can make your forum stand out more than others with the same style. Your icons in the navigation aren't showing and when I try to load the image in a separate tab, it says it can't be found on the system.

Site Layout
I could see you have a good amount of forums and all of them have activity in them. Although, I couldn't help but notice that you have copied FP in terms of the category positions and you have near enough copied all the sections but changing the titles of them. I do appreciate that Forum Promotion can influence many members to open their own promotion forum, but how are you supposed to gain members from this forum, when the your forum is near enough the same as here? You need to make your forum more unique and offer something other forums don't.
You have a 'Computers & The Internet' forum which is where members can discuss everything to do with software, hardware and the internert. But the section underneath that is 'Media' and your description for that says:
Talk about anything to do with media. For example, music, TV, films and games; as well as hardware, software and computers.
I may be getting mixed up here, but isn't the 'Computers & The Internet' forum for the hardware, software and computers part?

Statistics and Activity
You have only been open one month and already have 1,329 posts in 287 threads. This is amazing for the first month on any forum, I suggest you keep up the good work and continue promoting the forum. But as I suggested before, making your forum more unique will definitely tempt guests to register and possibly temp older members to continue being active around the forum.
I did notice that your top four replied to threads are those 'interview' threads members make so others can get to know them better. You should probably try and redirect members attention from that forum to the more serious discussion, being a promotion forum and all.

Staff Moderation
You have 8 staff members, which I don't disagree with as 3 of them are Package staff and 2 of them are Review staff. Although, I don't really know why you have 3 administrators. For a board your size you don't really need this many. I would of thought you alone as an administrator with one moderator would of been sufficient enough.
I couldn't see any signs of SPAM, flaming, member abuse or any kind of illegal material around your forum, so I can only assume you and the other staff are doing their job well.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I couldn't see very many mistakes in the forum descriptions, however I did not notice a mistake which was:

You missed the 'd' on placed, but I can see that it could of been a genuine mistake. There wasn't any errors in your topics/posts as far as I could tell from the ones I read. Great work, it makes you look more professional.

Definitely think about changing your forum sections so it doesn't replicate Forum Promotion. I would also suggest fixing your icons, getting a new logo and generally making your theme more unique to your forum.
