Pros
You have a nice blue theme, with a banner that matches the forum very well. From what I can see, you have 2 administrators and no moderators. This is a good amount of staff for a forum of your size. You’ve been open for 11 days, in this amount of time you already have over 1000 posts, which is very good. The 2 administrators both have a high amount of posts which shows they are dedicated to the forum.
Cons
I noticed you still have the default board icons for new replies etc, I think they look very boring and you should change them to something more sports related. Also, your favicon is still the default proboards favicon. Do you want people to see just another proboard in their bookmarks or do you want your forum to stand out? I suggest using your forums initials for the favicon. It’s simple and easy. You should get someone to proof read your board descriptions, you have random words capitalized for no reason, and none of them have a period at the end. In The Lobby you have a space between t and alk, that’s just one of many mistakes. Most of them start with “Come in here” which can get repetitive; you should try to switch it up a bit.
Your forum looks like a wrestling forum with a general sports board at the bottom. Maybe you should add some sub boards for individual sports, instead of just wrestling. Also, I am not sure why I can see human resources, is that a staff board? Why not hide that completely so that only staff can see it? It just makes the forum cluttered. I notice spoilers doesn’t have any posts in it, you should try to get this board active and make some topics for it. The wrestling and sports categories could be merged into one category with all four boards in it. Other than that, your layout is pretty good.
