Number Of Members:Well, after about a month of opening, you seem to have a rather good amount of members. I suggest you try to get more activity out of your members though, and also I suggest that you can try mass mailing your members and letting them know any updates on your forum, and also to help them remember about your forum. 6/10
Number Of Active Members: As I said, you are lacking of member activity, which is a downside for attracting more guests to your forum, your forum would look dead to them. As I said as well, you should try to find ways to keep your members on your forum.4/10
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise):For the amount of posts you have, I am not impressed, you have an horrendously small amount of posts. You have to update your content with non-spam posts, and try to get them done, until you hit around 10 topics a forum, which seems drastic, but will get you plenty of activity. 2/10
Appearance (First Impressions):The look of the forum, by my first impressions, seem to be great, but as you start to look at the forum, it begins the make you think that its too dark. As for the logo, It matches great with the forum skin and if you were to keep it, it wouldn't need any improvement. The overall, for a clan forum, makes it look hardcore and makes you stand firm and tough. 9/20
Layout: The layout of your forum seems well organized because of them being in the correct categories and such, in some cases, some categories can just be a forum, such as Gaming Category, which can be just a forum put in a category, so Gaming is not needed as a category. Everything else, is fine so you don't have to worry about much. 13/20
Moderation:The moderation on your forum is quite a let-down, because you have inactive staff members. This part needs work on, and you can solve it by sending them an email or whatever, just to remind them of your forum. Staff is really needed, for security and people to post topics up for more activity. 2/10

You really need to improve greatly on this subject, because most members have little over 1 post. Almost all have less than 10, but one only has 20. Spelling and GrammarWell, your spelling and grammar is great, but I can see some small minor mistakes in punctuation, such as misplacement of periods which supposedly are suppose to be a exclamation mark or question. Also some forums have the "over-capitalization" where you use too many capital letters in a sentence. 8/10
