I was a member of this, but got kinda bored, as you dont actually get points or cash for refering people, and it sometimes doesnt count people when they become your referer.

How long does it take to get something half decent though? Say like a Wii? How many offers would need to be complete for this?

If you want a Wii you need 250 points. The amount of time it takes for you to get the 250 points depends on what offers you do. If you do five easy offers, which are .05 points, a day it will take you 1000 days but if you do five harder one, which are one point, a day it will take you 50 days. An easy offer can take five minutes and harder ones can take up to 20 minutes. I am not active user of Rewards1 but I did six offers and gotten three points.
