Just keeps getting weirder.

They were all in different parts of the house and the other two dogs (they had three according to a report) were still alive. Only one dog died. 😵

I seen that they did a tribute for Gene Hackman during the Oscars last night. May him, his wife and dog RIP. Makes me wonder if he either fell or had a heart attack, then his wife freaked out and a heater hit her in the head causing her to pass away. Reports said that they found a space heater by her body. The dog sadly probably died due to dehydration or starvation since reports said it was in the bathroom closet.

Very weird indeed, I suppose I watch too much crime shows but part of me thinks maybe the wife was suicidal, poisoned her husband and favorite dog and took them all into the afterlife with her? Who knows. I wish more info would come out already.

It's a shame to see another great famous star to go, I mean he's 95 years old and had a good life, just feels odd when the news said that there were three deaths, most thought they had been murdered.

But as time goes on, the real deal gets to be released and it has. I know that Gene isn't what he looks like now, he has lost so much body weight

It's now known that Gene Hackman died of heart disease on top of Alzheimer's, where his wife died from hantavirus the week before.

For those that don't know what hantavirus is, it's a disease originated from rats. This may have killed their dog also...

Tragic, is all I can say... 😥

🙁

He was a great one. One of those classy actors that's larger than life, alongside the ranks of Jack Nicholson, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino. I really liked him in Crimson Tide, with his character's conflict against Denzel's character over a submarine that could trigger WWIII. Very intense stuff.

After the report of what really happened, it's even sadder and worse, she died in her sleep, Hackman, based on his condition, didn't realise that she's dead and thinks that she's been sleeping. THe dog died from no food and water

Mississippi Burning was his best movie I've seen. I loved the Superman movies too, but that wasn't his best ones.

I thought she was found on the bathroom floor?

Gene Hackman died free, not confined to memory care. Is that good or bad?

It's truly tragic how they both passed. It's sad knowing he didn't even realize his wife was dead and probably just thought she was sleeping.
