Risk

What is the riskiest thing your have ever done?

I live in Detroit, Michigan. This past winter is snowed so much, we broke are all time record(new record is 94.8 inches). Anyways... During the worst storm we had of the season(18in of snow fell) I had decided to go for a drive... I ordered a new monitor for my computer and was going to pick it up. The drive would normally take 45 minutes there and 45 mins coming back. On that day, it took almost 2 hours each way lol. 100% of my drive there and back was in blizzard conditions. I had to drive through over 12in of snow. And to top it all off, I witnessed 10 crashes! I had cars start spinning out on ice and almost hit me. It was nuts. That is by far, the dumbest and riskiest thing I have ever done. I easily could have gotten into an accident or died. The only thing that saved me was having a lot of exp driving in/through snow.

Btw, this was the monitor - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6824236294

Nice monitor, rashavi. You must have badly wanted it to collect in those conditions. Lol.

I was around 12 years old at the time. Went down a very steep hill on a skateboard to meet with a high ramp at the bottom. Came off the board around 8 foot in the air and down onto on my wrist. Cast was on my arm for weeks! It definitely taught me risk prevention in regards to skateboarding
