Hey, I would suggest that you start getting some affiliations going really with others. If you don't mind paying, I would highly recommend putting an advert on the support forums for vBullitiein and phpBB etc.. That way you can gain more exposure, I know phpBB lets you get ad space on the homepage for a certain amount of money.
Additionally I would also recommend getting some tutorials going in all of the supporting forums instead of looking at their emptyness 😉
If your really serious about this then thats fine, but one thing I would warn you about, do you know any PHP, HTML or CSS coding or anything similar? If I went to your support forums then I would mainly be asking questions about coding due to the fact that many people such as me don't have free hosts and can customise our forum more but will then need far more support.
If you think you can do that then thats fine but at this early stage you need to be thinking about trust worthy and helpful support staff.
1. A new theme.
2. A better banner
3. More members that actually post you have loads of new members with 0 posts and you are the only one that has posted... Makes your forum look so tacky.
4. Go to vB, ditch free forum software.
5. Get a better name, RKSoftware sounds like crap if you ask me.
