Rock to the head

So this weekend I was up north at the cottage and was out on the dune buggy. We were going about 35MPH and a rock was flung up from the tire on the passengers side where I was sitting. It was the size of my head and hit me square in the temple. I blacked out and was rushed to the emergency room. My cat scan came out negative which was good, but the doctor said if it would have hit any harder I could have died.

... that was the day I stopped riding in dune buggies forever ...

Naaah, I've faced danger many times though. Been held up at gunpoint before. That isn't too fun. Probably coulda died at several points in my life if I wasn't smart about it.
