Have you ever tried this? Watch the vid on the website if you dont know what it is. Ive tried it beforae, its pretty cool. However I need more ram in my computer before I go and add programs that arent absolutely necessary so I removed it. It was neat though, it kind of reminds me of mac computers.

I have used it since it's early releases and has always been solid software, I'd use this free software over the likes of ObjectDock anyday -happy- Recommended for anyone with a half decent machine.

I use ObjectDock Pro, and it's one of my favorite programs ever made. I only have 756MB RAM, but it still runs decent, even with everything else going (Opera, WMP, Pidgin, PhotoShop CS2, SUPERAntiSpyware / Avast in background, PG2, uTorrent, ect).

I find docks kinda useless the only dock I have ever found worth trying Cairo dock and docky :/.

Mainly because they are more then a dock.

It all depends on what you want the dock to be used for, people use the dock in their own way, just need to find out what best benefits you -😉-

For example me, I hate desktop icons. I have alot of icons in my quick launch, but it's not enough room. The dock works perfect on the smallest icon setting and sits right above my task bar.

It's one of those things that you have to play with, because everyone uses it differently. They even have tabbed docks in ObjectDock Pro.

Meh I am just happy with my Mint Menu,it is so minty fresh lol...(I kill myself with my lame jokes lol)

I used a similar thing that was included in a Style Package for XP about a year ago. It was great, as I like to keep a clean and organised desktop.

Since I bought a new laptop though I've seen no reason to use it. With only 5 icons on the desktop as it is there wouldn't be much point in having it - especially when you consider those 5 programs can be accessed on the quick-launch menu ~razz~

Still is a cool add-on though, I'd recommend it. ~smile~

DisplayFusion Pro (if you have multi moniters)

It is awesome! Google it!

It can extend a windows taskbar through all your connected moniters. I only have 2 right now, both about 20"
