Rodeos

Do any of you go to rodeos? If you do, do you go to circuit, school sponsored, or local rodeos?

We have a rodeo here every year that is a circuit rodeo, and has been selling out on every single day they run it here, ever since they installed a jumbotron (a very huge stadium TV screen) to help watch and show replays as people wait for the next rider or event. The rodeo here is running tonight, tomorrow and Saturday.

I've never been to one but there is supposed to be one about an hour away it's just that it's kind of expensive.

Have you ever witnessed anything bad happen at one of them?

Sure, there is always a few of the guys participating that falls off of horses, or gets bucked off of the animals and bruised from the animals. Never seen anyone get too hurt from it though. Though there is a friend of my younger brother, that participated in a circuit rodeo this past year, and got pretty banged up. Had bruised several ribs.

Yeah, my cousins all did rodeo growing up, but stopped after high school. I never saw them get too hurt, but definitely have seen a few other guys get stomped on. Bull riding is way too dangerous...
