Rok's first few days with GIMP

Bare with me; I'm a 3-day-old newbie with GIMP. Here's two sigs I made as well as some affiliation buttons:

Affiliates
I accidently made the borders twice as larger as they need to be, so they look crappy, and they are a bit bigger than the average size affiliation button.

Those are very good!!
The first one is NOT crappy, it's very nice. I'd give your work 100/10 if you were a 3 day old newbie to GIMP 😉
I can't even do this work, can you tell me how you do that?!

Very good, I've never been too good with GIMP, I'm better with Photoshop.

I wasn't either, but I started to practice, and get tips from people who are good at this kind of stuff.

The colors should work together better, which is why I think the gray scale signature is the best one. The borders around the affiliate buttons sort of ruin them -- they should be 1px borders, it'll make them look a lot nicer.

I do like the background on the second one. If you took off the dingbat and the text, it would look really nice.

Overall they aren't bad at all for only a couple of days of using GIMP. A lot of people, to be completely honest, make some ugly signatures when they first start off; yours aren't ugly at all.

Keep at it.
