First Impressions & Appearance
First off, very clean theme! It is really nice and has sort of a calming color scheme. This is one of the best themes for your forum software. It really is. The background does make it feel a little dark, though.
At first glance, that AT&T ad in your welcome box really gets me. I think it has to do with your host, but it really gets in the way. If there is anyway to alter or change it - I would. It is very disruptive to the header of your forum.
The box at the very top of your forum is very helpful, I like it. It gives kind of a brief overview of what is going on and important news. Very nice touch.
I must also comment on the logo. It fits in so nice with your theme and is so well done. A+ logo

Site Layout
I have to say, they category your forum is and the way it is laid out is excellent. You pretty much have a lot going on, but you took space into consideration to. A change I would suggest is maybe combining the roleplay help and official business forums together? That would help. Some even way to do that with subforums or something would help.
Something I'd do to promote affiliates is put them right under the forum index. Like as soon as the last forum is done on the index there is the affiliates list. That will get them more traffic and seen a lot more.

Statistics and Activity
You are doing very well for a very new forum! Your forum seems to click with new members - everyone who joins comes back. That is a great thing that means you are drawing them in and they don't want to leave.

Staff Moderation
So far I see two moderators and one administrator. Which may be a little overboard. I can't judge you vuagly based on the # because they may have specific jobs but for now the amount of staff you have right now seems to be holding down the fort. Everything looks to be running smoothly.
All of your staff are active. They also have good contributions to the forum, not just random-short posts.
They look to be interacting with the community very well too! They keep the RP going and just make the forum generally more active and a better place to be! You have some pretty awesome staff!
