So I'm just doing a little census, what do you like/dislike about most roleplaying forums?

Name everything you can, even if it seems minuscule.
My brain is craving information right now. (too weird?)

Like - That they can be fun to take part in and I love the way they are set out.

Dislike - There seems to be too many recently.

Too many? I'm having trouble finding any.

Is there anything else you don't like? That's what I care about mostly.

Maybe you're not searching good enough.

Try Google.com or : viewforum.php?f=3
Also search at more advertising forums or even ForuMotion.com's promotion section.

What I Like : Other people that I'm roleplaying with are very creative.
What I Dislike :
  • When RPG admins limit your imagination.
  • A RPG that I enjoyed gets inactive or roleplaying members gets inactive.
  • When roleplaying members post BS.

Although, I will not waste my time joining a RPG forum just to role play while there are many RPG/Adventure games on the Internet or for gaming consoles.

I mean, the thing I hate most about rp forums is that when I do a package for them, I don't like to post in their "main section", actually, I don't know what to post in their rpg section so yeah, if I just post for a while and leave, it won't do them no good.

This has been helpful so far, I would like to know what others feel about it as well

I think they can be quite fun and allow members to be creative and imaginative but sometimes people take it too seriously and it can loose it's fun edge about it and become boring and stale to take part in.

I can barely get into actual role playing *wink wink*
let alone role playing forums. I suppose I'm just not creative enough & if I am, I cant be bothered to put in the effort to think.
