Your Forum Review

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I see is the advertisement banner, which is not what you want guests to see as the first thing when they visit your forum. You should either contact invisionfree and ask them to move the advertisement banner to the bottom, or pay extra to have no advertisements.

The theme isn't bad either. I've seen it on a lot of sites, so it is sort of unoriginal, but it's definitely not bad at all. Just a sleek, regular skin.

Overall, the first impressions aren't bad. The advertisement definitely needs to move.
As for appearance, it's pretty good. The skin is fine and the rest of the forum is designed well.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The first category looks fine, although I do suggest you have the New Members are at the bottom of the category, and the community board above it. Also, you shouldn't have all of those suggestion boards and feedback boards. Just have one board for Community, and delete those 3 subforums. Allow all feedback, suggestions, and community discussions to go there.
Overall, first category should look like this:

Category: Root Advertising
--Board: News & Updates
--Board: Community
--Board: New Members

The promotion area also looks good, but I suggest you move that Staff Advertising board to the Webmaster Central area, as that has nothing to do with promotion really.

Webmaster central, also looks fine. I don't see the point of that " Domains " board though. Just delete it and make an area for general webmaster discussion or something. I mean why do you need a whole board for domains ? How much is there to discuss on a domains.

The off topic area needs some work also. Add an entertainment board, and maybe a forum games board.

Overall, the layout isn't bad, and I hate to say it, but there's nothing unique. It's the same exact thing as all other promotion forums, same service, same boards, etc. Nothing unique about it.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You seldom mentioned when the board was founded, and I can't seem to really find out from looking in the forum boards, but I'm guessing you just reopened it a few days ago, and you seem to be doing OK activitywise, with posts, and members. Just keep advertising & promoting.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Just you as Admin, good.
I see a community staff member with 3 posts who just registered yesterday. I don't know about you, but to me, and pretty much every forum owner, hiring a staff member with 3 posts who just registered is not usually the best thing to do. I'm not saying fire him, just saying be more careful with who you put on staff.
There's no one the review team either I notice, which doesn't look too good.

I think since the board seems to have just re-opened, you're still working to get more staff member, but that doesn't mean you should hire any old idiot off the side of the road.
Also, I highly suggest you do not set up a topic for people to apply to staff. Just make a announcement, lock it, and ask for personal messages to you, and you only, and you can deal with it.

You are active as admin, so that's a lot of points right there, but your community member has 3 posts, and you don't even have a review team, so unfortunately, score here is poor.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
You seem to spell well and your grammar isn't poor, and you are a professional poster, so not a lot of problems here.
I do notice, in the forum battles board, you used the wrong " where ".

A place were forums can battle each other!

should be

A place where forums can battle each other!

Final Remarks:
Overall, I think you're doing most things right, but really, your board isn't unique, and if it doesn't become unique, it's not going to succeed. Your board has exactly what FP offers, exactly what ForumMansion offers, exactly what all the other bigger promotion forums offer, but the thing is, your forum is smaller, and people will be reluctant to use the promotion forum you have if it's not unique or you offer some kind of different service.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
Nothing stood out, honestly.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The staff issues and the non-uniqueness.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I don't join forums anymore, but if I were looking for promotion forum to join, I'd join if you came up with some unique ideas.
